NOLAN THOMAS AINSWORTH

I can't believe I will be registering my little man for K-5 tomorrow. He will graduate from Frist Baptist Ridgeland on May 19th. He will start a different afterschool care place in July as well. Lots of changes for my little man. I have talked to him about going to big boy school and the differen afterschool care and he seems very excited about it. He says that all of his friends will be there with him and he will learn and play all day long. It just brakes my heart because all of his friends from daycare will be going to different schools and I am sure they will be going back to FBR for afterschool care. I haven't talked to him about that just yet. He is just growing up way to fast for me.

APPLI * K * IT

O.K. here it is.... I have thought and thought about this for a couple of months now and just decided to go with it. If I don't make it then I don't make it, if I do make it then WOW... I can't believe it. I am started to really start doing appliqueing for people lately so I thought, well since I am making a little bit of side money then why not start doing it for others. A friend of mine and I (she paints and I will post her site) have decided that we are going to do the PARKWAY HILLS UNITED METHODIST CHURCH - SPRING FEST - ON APRIL 24th. I have been ordering things and buying fabric and just now getting a little, well very OVERWHELMED at how much all of this takes. Now I know why things are so expensive if they are hand made. Anyway, so there you have it, it is out in the open.. APPLI * K * IT is just now starting to get up and running. I have some pictures on my fb if you ever want to see them just click on photos "MY HOBBY", if you are not my friend and you and want to see them send me a message telling me that you want to look and I will be glad to friend you. I am not sure if I will be doing an APPLI * K * IT blog or website, I will just have to wait and see where this leads me. Oh, here is my friends blog with her paintings... some cute stuff so check it out: Oopsiedaisiedesigns.blogspot.com this is painted stuff by Nicole Hayman.......

So I will need prayers that I get through all this. I know I will, again I am just very overwhelmed right now, but I know once I start this it will run smoothly.

oh, my

o.k. so my last post is a rambling post.. i didn't even understand half of it and i am the one who wrote it. hahaha. hopefully you will understand it.

the point was some other girls and i, sewed as many skirts as we wanted, and we are sending them to the little girls in Haiti because of course we all know they have nothing.

i am not a writer at all so don't judge my wording... i think that is why i stopped doing the my blog in the first place.

amy has a wonderful sense of humor and that is what makes you laugh.... tha is why i say her blog will make you laugh. it is late for me, so i guess i will go to bed now....

SKIRTS FOR HAITI..............

i came across a blog not to long ago and it said " SEWING SEED" it caught my attention. she got the idea from another blog that she follows. i read it and she was asking for anyone that wanted to help with sewing skirts for little girls in Haiti just email her and she would give you all the information that you need to do this. so i emailed her. first of all let me tell you how sweet this person is. i have followed her blog and her sewing blog (i will list it in the end of this post). i have talked to her a couple of times and she is such a sweet person. anyway, back to what i was saying, so i emailed her got the information about the skirts and made two sweet skirts for little girls in Haiti.... i had been wanting to do something anything and when i came across this, i knew i could do it.. i delivered them to her house today and she is going to ship them to the other girl that is heading this up and then the girl is going to have all the skirts that have been made to Haiti. i am just so proud of myself that first of all that i know how to sew and second i did something for someone else. i wish i could see those little faces when those boxes of skirts that we all sewed with such love and caring for these little girls. you know every little girl loves getting a new dress or a new skirt. i will post pictures of the two skirts that i did later. the blogs i am talking about that i follow is browniegoose.blogspot.com and her personal blog amysnorris.blogspot.com so check them out. i am sure you will get a good laugh at her personal blog. her little girl is the cutest.... THANKS AMY FOR DOING THIS.....

My Little Man - Nolan

O.K. so I posted a post on my sweet little girl, so I thought I needed a post for my little man. Nolan is truly all BOY. He loves to play baseball and racquetball with his daddy. He also LOVES to watch and play wrestling. He LOVES big monster trucks, motorcyles and everything that is a boy thing, as he likes to say it. As some of you know Kyle has a dirt bike. Well Kyle told me that when Nolan started wanting one of his own then it was time to sell his. Well, Nolan has been asking for a dirt bike just like daddys for his birthday. I looked at Kyle and said "well, it looks like it is time to sell your bike." Kyle looks at me and says, "oh I don't think so". He loves to crawl up in my lap and tell me stories about what he did at school (daycare) and how he was such a good boy. He tells me he loves me NO MATTER WHAT. He is growing up way too fast for me to think about. He will be 4 in July and I just can't wrap my mind around him starting BIG BOY SCHOOL in a year. Where does time go. He is my sweet little man and I love him to death. I don't have brothers so this little man thing is all new to me. I can't dress him like I want to because he thinks he looks like a baby. He likes getting his hair cut like A BIG BOY and I don't like that. Meaning getting it SHAVED OFF. He stays very close to his daddy at all times, but he loves giving me hugs and sugar nose like he has done his entire little life. I guess you could say is his a momma's baby, but he loves his daddy with his whole heart. I am so glad I have a Nolan, Mamie and Kyle to call my own. They are my life, my world and my everything.
