4:45 a.m. comes early around my house

well, folks i did it again. i went to the gym monday morning @ 5:00 a.m., last night around 6:15 p.m. for about 45 mins, then again this morning around 5:15 a.m. i start to get hungry around 8:30 a.m. i will have to find some good healthy snacks to eat when that happens. if anyone knows of any good snacks please let me know. i have two more days left in this week and i plan to go to the gym both days. i ran into a friend at the gym this morning and she was telling about this class on tuesday and thursday mornings @ 5:30 a.m., so i am going to try that out in the morning. i have made my mind up that i am going to do this. i am sure there are going to be days i don't want to get up, you know the days that are cold and rainy, but i am going to try my best to get up and out the door. i am going to get kyle to take a picture of me now and when i lose 10, 20, 30 and then my goal 40 pounds. i am only going to do a post with my pictures before and after. like anyone really cares, but i am not doing this for anyone, i am doing this for myself............ so, let the pounds come off..........

when i was eating much more healthy, i would get rice cakes and spread Smuckers all natural peanut butter on them, then sprinkle a FEW milk chocolate chips , then nuke it for about 10 sec... def. takes the place of a reese's butter cup. then of course there's carrot sticks! ha ha

i am so proud of you, my stranger friend!!! girl, i want to lose 50-60 lbs. but i can't get up......i am so dang exhausted! i am going to start monday getting up early (or taking time out at night) and walking 30 minutes at least 5 days/week. a friend and i are wanting to do a 5k in the spring and the training sheet that she sent me to follow has you trained for a 5k in 13 weeks.

so maybe we can lose the weight together!!!

I won't be at MM, but I will be in jackson at a women's conference that friday and saturday. I have never been to MM. I hope one year soon i will get to go!

It's at First Baptist downtown... which one are you going to? Mine is the EWomen conf. If that is the one, then yes, we have no reason not to meet. HA! My first online hookup...lol

I am so proud of you. When I was really good and lost 60 pounds, I used to get up in the morning and go do the stair master with a friend of mine at 5:00 in the morning and then do aerobics at night. It actually came off pretty quick. I used to eat sugar free jello and pudding a lot. And pickles were a free food (according to the diabetic diet), so I always had pickles around the house.
